Personal approach

Petr works with each client individually, taking into account their health, current fitness level, muscle imbalances, and specific goals.

The aim is to make training effective, safe, and sustainable in the long term.

Calisthenics for everyone

Calisthenics is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or current fitness level. Every exercise can be adapted to the client's ability, from beginners to advanced athletes.

When needed, exercises can be made more challenging through variations or by adding external resistance.

About me

Petr has been dedicated to exercise and a healthy lifestyle since 2019.

He first got into training in high school, when he started going to the gym with a friend who already had experience with workouts. Over time, though, he discovered calisthenics and street workout, which especially appealed to him because of the focus on bodyweight training. This style became his main specialization, and he continues to focus on it to this day.

In his training, he focuses on handstands, the front lever, planche, and other calisthenics skills, as well as dynamic bar elements. In calisthenics, he is also an active freestyle athlete.
