You can use the MultiSport card at both Arena branches. Below is the original rule set from the legacy website, restructured into a clearer format.
Open gym
You can arrive any time during opening hours except when that area is occupied by a class. Check the schedule first so you know when the space is free. No reservation is needed for open gym. On your first visit, present your MultiSport card at reception. Future visits then work automatically through the turnstile.
Group classes
All group classes are booked through our reservation system. On your first visit you can either pay full price and let reception add the card to your profile afterwards, or arrive before class and try for a free spot without a guarantee. Once the MultiSport card is added to your profile, future bookings can be handled directly in the reservation system.
INBODY
You can also use your MultiSport card for a measurement on the InBody 970/970S. Measurements are available at both branches, Centrum and Jinonice, any time during opening hours with no appointment needed. With a MultiSport card, the standard measurement is free once per calendar half-year (January–June and July–December).
Reservation system credit
Each booking must be covered by a CZK 150 credit balance. If you miss a class and do not cancel at least 12 hours in advance, CZK 150 is deducted from your credit. A missed class cannot be retroactively paid for with a MultiSport card.
Usage by class type
You can use the MultiSport card for all classes with a capacity of 20 or more people, with no surcharge. The card cannot be used for classes with a capacity below 20 people. Classes eligible for MultiSport are marked directly in the reservation system.
If you are new to functional training, we recommend taking the ARENA BASICS starter course. The course is not required to participate. Besides MultiSport, we also work with other benefit providers, and reception can always confirm whether a specific entry or class is eligible.
