In our classes, we focus on thoroughly learning the technique of fundamental exercises and their various difficulty modifications. We work with movements such as push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, and strength-conditioning drills so that everyone can build a solid movement foundation and progress safely.

The class is suitable for men and women, children and teens, complete beginners, and advanced exercisers. It is a great fit for anyone who wants to build solid foundations, improve strength, technique, and movement control, as well as for athletes looking for a high-quality addition to their main training.

Thanks to different difficulty levels, each session can be adjusted to the individual’s current fitness, strength, and experience. If needed, we can also recommend suitable exercises to do at home to help speed up progress and improve readiness for future classes.

Calisthenics can also be adapted for clients with health limitations so that the training is safe, effective, and truly tailored to their needs.
