A rings and bar class for anyone who wants to build bodyweight strength, especially in the shoulders, back, arms and core, while also improving stability, control and mobility.
This class takes place at Palackého 11, Prague 1.
Training on gymnastic rings is part of calisthenics, meaning bodyweight training. Rings are often more demanding than a pull-up bar or parallel bars because of their instability. They are highly effective for building strength, especially in the core, while also improving mobility and supporting muscle development. At the same time, they help improve balance and stability.
Over time, you will learn basic exercises, static holds, levers, more advanced exercise variations, and strength drills. This class is suitable for anyone who wants to work intensively on increasing strength, especially in the shoulders, back, arms, and core. Good joint mobility is important, or at least a willingness to work on it consistently.
This class is not suitable for individuals with high blood pressure, dizziness, increased intracranial pressure, or similar conditions. If you are unsure, consult your doctor.
You do not need anything special. We recommend bringing a towel and comfortable clothing. We train barefoot.
You can find more information in the schedule and in the section about where to find us.
