What I offer
I specialize in comprehensive functional training built on calisthenics, plyometrics, and mobility. My goal is to help you build a body that’s not only explosive and strong, but also flexible and functional in every movement. I focus on developing maximum grip strength and a stable core. I’ll help you remove the movement restrictions that are holding you back and build a foundation you can safely build on for life. I can guide you to your first pull-up, for example, or teach you how to do a muscle-up.
About me
Sport has been part of my life since childhood, with football and athletics laying the foundation. The turning point came with a knee injury – that experience led me to a deeper interest in strength training and later to calisthenics. Bodyweight training became my passion and the cornerstone of my approach: I teach people how to not only use their bodies, but truly control them.
In recent years, I’ve developed a love for obstacle course racing (OCR), which for me is the ultimate test of versatility, strength, and mental resilience.
