What I offer

At the first session, I carry out an initial assessment, based on which I create a personalized training plan tailored exactly to you. Every client is different, so I adapt the approach to their goals, needs, and current fitness level.

I help clients feel good in their bodies – whether the goal is to build strength and improve fitness, lose weight, get rid of pain, or simply “clear your head” after a demanding day.

In our training sessions, we focus on working the whole body as a complete system, including the often-overlooked feet, which play a key role in proper posture and movement. We mainly use bodyweight exercises and gradually add equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, etc. – always according to your level of experience.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a beginner or already have experience – anyone can start, at any age.

Need advice on nutrition too? I’d be happy to show you how to do it without drastic diets or unnecessary suffering.

About me

Movement and sport have been part of my life since childhood. I attended a sports-focused elementary school and later a sports high school, where I played basketball at a competitive level. Even back then, I knew I wanted to become a coach and help people build a healthy lifestyle.

Because of a knee injury, I had to leave competitive basketball behind, but sport never disappeared from my life. I’m an active runner and compete in athletics, where strength and functional training are an essential part of the journey.

Thanks to my own experience—whether with injury, weight loss (-20 kg), or returning to sport—I can truly understand what clients are going through. I know it’s not always easy, but I also know that the feeling of being comfortable in your own body is absolutely worth it. And most importantly—you don’t have to do it alone.
