About me
Competitive sport has been part of my life almost since birth. Team sports, cycling, martial arts, strength sports, representing at competitions.
On top of that experience, I’ve also coached athletes for powerlifting, strongman, and natural bodybuilding competitions.
These days I focus mainly on physiological movement, which I apply to strength training and everyday activities, helping my clients move better, healthier, and improve their strength safely.
