What I offer

About me

I’m someone who loves movement and learning in many different areas, because I believe the body and mind need to develop together. Since childhood, I’ve gone from Aikido to Kickboxing, Skateboarding, and Tricking (a mix of martial arts/sport, gymnastics, and acrobatics), then on to Semicontact (Point Fighting), Breakdance, Street Dance, Tai Chi, Movement, running, and OCR races.

As a personal trainer, I draw on all of the experience I’ve gained, and I also enjoy continuing to learn and develop.
