What I offer

I offer strength training through online coaching or one-to-one sessions. I’ll help you master new exercises, support your rehabilitation, and return safely to movement or sport.
About me
I specialize in strength training, bodyweight training (calisthenics), and the health side of movement. I studied Fitness Coaching at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University, and I am currently in the final year of my bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, also at CU FTVS. In addition to coaching, I teach yoga and offer massage, the Dorn Method, and the SM System. I have completed a three-year course in Yoga and Yoga Therapy, and I also have several years of experience coaching athletics. In strength training, I also draw on the knowledge I’ve gained through my physiotherapy studies.
As a two-time Czech champion, Slovenian champion, and German vice-champion, I offer a well-rounded view of training thanks to my experience competing in Streetlifting (weighted calisthenics), including sleep, nutrition, supplementation, recovery, and the training process itself.
My goal is to share the joy of movement and help you work toward your goals in a way that makes training sustainable long term — and rewarding. Whether you want to improve, return to everyday life after an injury, or keep pushing your limits under expert guidance, I’m here for you.
