About me
I’ve been dedicated to fitness and training since the very beginning — I’ve gone through strength, conditioning, and functional training. I’ve done hockey, CrossFit, and now compete in Hyrox. I’ve learned through my own mistakes as well as my successes. At the same time, I’ve completed courses and certifications that have allowed me to combine high-quality training with rehabilitation, recovery, and science-based principles.
