About me

Are you dealing with back pain from work or sports? I’ve been there too. Back pain took me out of sport and everyday life for a whole year. Today I’m back to training at full capacity and helping others find their way out of pain too. As a certified DNS, Pilates, and corrective exercise coach, I build on what truly makes sense for the body — not on trends. I’ll help your body regain strength, mobility, ease, and stability. I’ll teach you proper breathing, core activation, and movement habits that actually work. The result? Less pain, more energy, better performance. A body you can rely on.
