What is Stretching?

Stretching is a class focused on controlled stretching that supports faster muscle tissue recovery, increases range of motion, strength, and dynamics, and contributes to joint health*. It draws on techniques inspired by yoga, physiotherapy, gymnastics, mobility training, and athletics.

It is suitable for anyone who wants to improve flexibility and expand their range of motion. You can adjust the difficulty of the exercises to suit your own level.
