A varied movement class for anyone who wants better body control, improved mobility, and playful strength work without heavy weights, often with partner-based exercises.

What is Tělocvik?

Tělocvik is a great class for anyone who wants to learn to control their body better. Every session is varied, and the content changes from class to class. It helps develop movement intelligence in connection with all the systems of the body.

There is no heavy lifting in this class, but you can still expect a seriously sweaty workout. Tělocvik is suitable for anyone who wants to build strength through playful movement, work on mobility, and enjoys partner exercises or cooperating with a workout buddy.

The class takes place at V Zářezu 4, Prague 5.

Practical information

We recommend bringing a towel and comfortable clothing to training. We train barefoot.
