The Mobility class focuses on improving full-body mobility, developing functional flexibility, and supporting proper muscle coordination throughout the entire musculoskeletal system. As a result, joint stability gradually improves, movement quality gets better, and the body learns more efficient and natural movement patterns.
With regular practice, you’ll not only improve your range of motion, but also naturally build strength for everyday activities and sports. The class combines mobility exercises, active stretching, and a wide range of movement principles inspired by animal movement, yoga, floor acrobatics, calisthenics, and gymnastics.
During the class, we work mainly with bodyweight, but we also use a variety of equipment such as resistance bands, gymnastic rings, suspension systems, and when needed, external weights like kettlebells or dumbbells. Thanks to this variety, every class is functional, engaging, and highly practical for both everyday life and sports.
This class is truly suitable for everyone — from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
For beginners, it helps improve movement skills, build healthier movement habits, and prevent the unpleasant, and often painful, effects of poor movement patterns from daily life. More advanced participants and athletes will appreciate it as a way to balance one-sided strain, prevent muscle imbalances, and gain better control over their bodies.
That means the class is suitable regardless of age, gender, or current fitness level. Every exercise can be adjusted to individual abilities, needs, and any limitations so that the training is safe, effective, and beneficial for every participant.
During the classes, both the intensity and difficulty of the exercises can be adjusted to match each participant’s level. Every movement can be adapted to the specific needs of the individual, whether the goal is to improve mobility, remove movement restrictions, prevent overload, or complement regular sports training.
Mobility is an ideal choice for anyone who wants their body to move better, healthier, and with more confidence.
We recommend bringing a towel and comfortable clothing to class. We train barefoot.
