BJJ circuit

A BJJ-inspired circuit workout combining stations with bodyweight and equipment exercises, suitable for beginners and advanced participants, developing fitness, strength, mobility and coordination.

What is BJJ Circuit Training?

BJJ circuit training is a great way to improve your fitness, strength, and mobility in a well-rounded way.

Classes take place at Palackého 11, Prague 1.

Who is this class for?

Circuit training combines different exercises into one complete workout. Each exercise is performed at a station for a set time interval (usually 30 or 60 seconds) or for a specific number of repetitions. There is only a short break between stations to move to the next one. Once you complete all stations, one full circuit is done, followed by a longer rest before the next round.

The exercise structure is designed to work all major muscle groups in a balanced way. Training includes both bodyweight exercises and equipment such as kettlebells, resistance bands, gym balls, dumbbells, and more. Because the intensity, load, and exercise variations can be adjusted easily, circuit training is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants.

In our circuit training classes, you will also try interesting movement drills and exercises inspired by combat sports such as BJJ, MMA, and boxing. These are suitable even for complete beginners and help improve both gross and fine motor skills as well as overall coordination. There is nothing to worry about. This class can also serve as conditioning preparation for joining BJJ or kickboxing classes in the future.
