Movement training for kids aged 7–15 that uses games to build strength, speed, coordination, mobility, and posture; suitable for both active children and beginners.
This training is focused on bodyweight exercise. Older children also learn how to use kettlebells and dumbbells, so we do not avoid strength training either. We also develop speed, coordination, activation drills, motor skills, and reaction time. Children learn elements from athletics, gymnastics, and yoga. And what better way to motivate kids to enjoy sport than through play?
10-entry pass: CZK 1,200
The training helps prevent muscular imbalances and body asymmetries, activates the postural system, improves mobility and flexibility, and strengthens backs affected by long hours of sitting at school or at the computer. We use as many movement-based games as possible so children can work together as a team and learn cooperation. The program is varied, and every session is a little different so no one gets bored.
The class is designed for children aged 7-15, both sporty and non-sporty. This year again, we want to build a great group where kids can motivate each other and genuinely enjoy training.
We recommend bringing a towel and comfortable clothing. We train barefoot.
