Weightlifting Course (6 Weeks)

We’ll teach you everything you truly need in weightlifting training. We’ll go step by step, starting with the basics, then warm-ups and mobility, skill practice, accessory drills, and finally technical elements. We’ll focus on proper breathing and precise technique. To help prevent unwanted injuries, we’ll teach you mobility exercises for the shoulders, back, and hips that will later help you perform the lifts better. We’ll develop your speed and explosiveness, and teach you how to engage and stabilize all the muscles you’ll need later on to become truly good at the sport—and above all, stay healthy. And believe us, we’ll do our best to get the most out of you!

This weightlifting training is run as a course so the group can progress together in a structured way. We start as we should—from the power snatch and power clean & jerk, through preparatory drills and practice for more advanced techniques. Capacity is limited to just 6 beginner male or female weightlifters who are not registered competitors!

Your coach will be Tomáš Kejík: weightlifting coach, former national team representative in weightlifting, 7th place at the European Under-23 Championships, and multiple-time Czech national champion

When and where will the course take place?

• The course runs from Tuesday, January 17, 2023 to Thursday, February 23, 2023 (6 weeks / 12 sessions), always on Tuesdays + Thursdays, 19:00-20:00 (led by Tomáš Kejík) -- SPOTS AVAILABLE

The full course price is CZK 5,990.
