Why did we choose the kettlebell?

This “ordinary” piece of iron with a handle, originally from Russia, definitely has its charm. It’s one of the fundamental tools of functional training and is gradually making its way into traditional gyms too. That’s mainly because of its versatility — it can be seen as a compact gym in a single tool. It works for fat loss, building strength, power, and endurance. Its center of gravity is offset from the axis, which you’ll feel especially during overhead exercises. It perfectly engages your stability center, forcing your core to use even the smallest muscles to balance the shifted weight, which improves coordination and natural stability. Another unique factor in KB training is the alternation of tension and relaxation. During ballistic exercises, such as the swing, the muscles contract rapidly and then relax. The body is forced to recruit muscles very quickly at a specific moment, followed by release. Kettlebell training has high metabolic demands, which means greater strength and conditioning. It uses a large range of motion, so it also improves mobility. Unilateral muscle engagement helps correct imbalances and also strengthens ligaments, tendons, and joints, helping to prevent injuries. Kettlebell training also transfers well to other sports, so you can use it to improve your physical abilities for virtually any other sport.

How much?

The seminar price is CZK 1,490. The price includes a detailed printed manual with an overview of the material covered, photos, and a training plan. During the seminar, we also provide free coffee/water/ion drink (unlimited), a light snack (fruit), and towel rental.

What should you bring?

Bring comfortable workout clothes (shorts and a T-shirt are enough) and a good mood. We train barefoot.
